Biographical Summaries of Report Writers

Allen Curry, Ph.D. (Zoology), University of Guelph. AC is Director of the Canadian Rivers Institute, Assistant Director of the New Brunswick Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit responsible for fisheries, Professor of Recreational Fisheries, and Professor of Biology and Forestry at the University of New Brunswick. For the last 11 years AC has been studying many aspects of freshwater fish ecology, their distributions and abundance across the region.

Mark Gautreau, B.Sc. (Biology), University of New Brunswick and Environmental Technology, New Brunswick Community College (Miramichi). As an employee of the NBFWRU since 1997, MG has been involved in numerous projects studying the distribution and population status of freshwater fish in New Brunswick waters.
